The Shelby Supercars Ultimate Aero Twin Turbo set the new World’s Fastest Production Car record with an average top speed of 255.83 mph. The 08 Aero TT will be geared for 458 km/h - 284.60 mph. In addition to the fastest production car record, SSC also applied for world record of the highest emissions-legal horsepower production automobile.
